By accessing, registering on, or using the ik1971 platform (available at ik1971.com and any associated mobile application or progressive web application), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions are entered into between you and ik1971 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ik 1971 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ik1971.

To register and maintain an active account on ik1971, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ik1971 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any other person.
• You do not have an existing ik1971 account that has been suspended, closed, or subject to a self-exclusion order.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with any other online gaming operator where such exclusion was intended to cover ik1971 or similar services.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or advised by a healthcare professional to refrain from gambling activities.
• You are using your own funds — funds that are not derived from any criminal activity, and for which you are the legitimate account holder at the originating payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).

To access real-money gaming services on ik1971, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, ik1971 will ask you to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your date of birth, your full legal name as it appears on your National ID, your Bangladeshi mobile number, and your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash number or bank account). All information submitted must be truthful and verifiable.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold one (1) active ik1971 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment details, or device profiles — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. ik1971 uses automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ik1971 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ik1971 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. ik1971 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ik1971 applies a progressive KYC process consistent with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Basic play and small deposits are available upon email and mobile verification. However, withdrawal requests above ৳10,000 per transaction — or cumulative deposits that trigger our internal thresholds — will require full KYC documentation, including a clear photograph of your National ID (NID) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. KYC documents must be submitted via the secure upload function within your account dashboard. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

All financial transactions on ik1971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ik1971 does not charge players a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ik1971's control.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ik1971 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to your account verification tier and method; players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account dashboard for current limits.
• Daily withdrawal cap: May apply at certain verification tiers. Full KYC-verified accounts receive the highest withdrawal limits available.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ik1971 processes withdrawal requests during business hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the start of the next operational window. Processing times by method are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (BRAC, Dutch-Bangla, Islami, City, Sonali): 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

4.4 Funds Origin Policy

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ik1971 account are derived from legitimate sources and are fully owned by you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using stolen payment credentials, or depositing proceeds of crime is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension, funds forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

ik1971 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register an account and complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the ik1971 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn as real BDT.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• ik1971 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted and in progress by a player.
• Bonuses obtained through misuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion, or fraudulent play will be voided. Associated winnings will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Free spins are typically valid for a limited time (commonly 7 days from the date of issue). Unused free spins expire at the end of this period.
• Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Seasonal & Reload Promotions

ik1971 runs seasonal promotional events aligned with key dates in the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All such promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to the general bonus conditions outlined above. Participation in seasonal promotions does not guarantee any specific prize or reward beyond what is explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

5.4 Loyalty Programme

ik1971 operates a loyalty programme that rewards sustained real-money play with points redeemable as BDT account credit. Points accumulation rates, redemption values, and tier structures are published in the Loyalty Programme section of the ik1971 platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice to players.

All games available on the ik1971 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to both the game studio's own rules and ik1971's platform-level fair use policy. By placing a real-money wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

6.1 Certified RNG & Game Integrity

All slot, table game, and instant-win titles on ik1971 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent outcomes on every play. ik1971 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities operating under internationally recognised gaming industry standards. If a technical malfunction occurs during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error, or software fault — the affected game round may be voided and any wager placed during that round refunded to the player's account balance.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on ik1971 are governed by the specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In general: pre-match bets are settled according to the official result of the event; in-play bets are settled at the time of the triggering event; and any bet placed on an event that is subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and the stake returned, unless at least the minimum period of play required under the applicable sport rules has been completed.

6.3 Responsible Wagering

ik1971 encourages all players to wager responsibly. We provide deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ik1971 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to manipulate the platform's systems.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform to generate credits, free plays, or inflated winnings. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hole cards in poker, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the ik1971 platform, its software, or its game code.
• Using the platform to launder money or to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds linked to criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ik1971 staff members, support agents, or other players.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on ik1971's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attempts.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where such prohibition is directly applicable to the player.

ik1971 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or player request.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your ik1971 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] or via the account settings section of the platform. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from ik1971 due to problem gambling concerns, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 8.3 Company-Initiated Suspension

Where ik1971 suspends an account due to a suspected breach of these terms, the player will be notified by email. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, applicable balances forfeited, and the player notified of the outcome.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ik1971 will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative action is taken. A dormant account fee may be applied at a rate of ৳50 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period, subject to the account balance not reaching zero. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to formally close their account if they no longer intend to use the platform.
